VIA Long Island Expressway
LIE (495) to Exit 73. That puts you going east on RT. 58. Continue on 58 through the traffic circle in Riverhead. Just past Friendly’s and Wal Mart (on the right) the road changes names to Rt. 25.
Continue on Rt. 25 through the towns of Aquebogue, Jamesport, Mattituck (the road turns sharply to the right) and Cutchogue. After Cutchogue is Peconic.
You will see Pindar Vineyards on the left and just past that, is the Southold Police Station. Make the next left onto Peconic Lane. Go approx. 1/10 mile and 1375 Peconic Lane is on the left just after a row of houses. There is a hedge in front of the house and a large Grey barn near the road where the parking entrance is.
VIA SUNRISE HWY (Rt. 27)
to Exit 63 North.
Road narrows then bear left to stop sign.
North on Rt. 104 approx. 1.5 miles.
Bear Right onto 105 North.
Past golf course approx. 2 miles turn right onto Rt. 25 continue for about 12 miles.
Turn left onto Peconic Lane just past Pindar Vineyards and the Southold Police Station. 1375 Peconic Lane is approx. 1000 feet on the left. Large grey barn near the road is where the parking entrance is.
